- For customers in India, we provide GST invoices. To claim a GST refund, please provide your GST number during checkout.

6. Branding and Customization:
- We reserve the right to include our logo, website, and product code on items without affecting product quality.
7. Customization and Approval:

- We aim to replicate samples as closely as possible, though minor variations may occur due to material characteristics.
- We are responsible for errors in printing after customer-approved proofs, excluding customer-provided errors.
8. Color Variation and Displays:
- Displayed colors may slightly differ due to monitor variations. We recommend ordering a sample before placing bulk orders.
9. Printing Errors and Proofs:
- We take responsibility for printing errors after proof approval.
- Errors present in customer-approved proofs are not our liability.
10. Manual Printing and Color Variation:
- Manual printing may result in slight color variations in the text.
11. Envelopes and Adhesive:
- Envelopes are not self-adhesive unless specifically requested.
12. Shipping and Transport:
- We use reliable couriers/transporters. However, delays or damages during transit are beyond our control.
13. Invoices and Receipts:
- Invoices and receipts are issued under "Lovely Offset Printers Private Limited."
14. Proof Revisions and Charges:
- Customers are entitled to three free proofs. Additional layout changes may incur extra charges.
15. Printing Expectations and Proofs:
- Final printing outcomes are based on customer-approved layouts.
- We recommend paying for printed proofs for precise results.
16. Product Sizing and Placement:
- Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product size to ensure proper text placement.
17. Unresolved Issues and Finality:
- Our decisions on unresolved matters will be considered final.
- For clarifications, please contact us directly instead of making assumptions.
18. Design-Yourself Items:
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that self-designed items match their submitted content.
- Please review your design carefully before giving final approval.
19. Limitation of Liability:
- We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by declined authorization beyond mutually agreed limits.
